There were wins for Jason Plato, Colin Turkington and Gordon Shedden at Oulton Park, but the biggest winner of all was Vauxhall's Fabrizio Giovanardi who kept up his 100% scoring record to extend his championship lead to 44 points over Jason Plato. Plato started the day well with victory in race one, but for the second meeting in succession, the diesel Leons suffered reliability issues later in the day. There was huge applause for Andrew Jordan when he finished third in the final race to make his first visit to the BTCC podium. See below for full results and reports!
